Broadband Infraco, is a long distance national and international optic fibre connectivity network infrastructure provider based in Radiokop, seeks to appoint a suitable candidate to the following employment opportunity:

EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES (5 YEARS FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be required to perform among others the following Key Performance Areas:

  • Strategic Direction and Leadership of the Human Resources Management function.
  • Oversee and give advice to the different forums on strategic HR issues.
  • Oversee, direct and monitor the development of the operational plan to ensure alignment with the HR strategy.
  • Develop and manage implementation of Talent Management Strategies.
  • Develop and Implement Performance Management and Improvement Systems.
  • Manage Organisational Design and Development Initiatives.
  • Develop and Implement Remuneration, Compensation, Retention and Benefit Strategies.
  • Employee Relations Management.
  • Financial Management.
  • Lead and Manage the HR Team.
  • Key Stakeholder and Service Provider Management.
  • Manage Talent Sourcing.

 

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

The successful incumbent will be required to have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • B. Comm in Human Resources or equivalent, Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources is an advantage.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Five (5) years of experience on Senior Management level (of which 3 years must be at an Executive Level).
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organisational development, employee relations, training and preventative labour relations is preferred.
  • The ability to interpret relevant legislation and prescripts, with accountability to the DOL.
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations.
  • Possess a diversified HR practice and experience with in-depth understanding of all aspects of work.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
  • Demonstrate ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction
