You Are Hereby Invited To Submit A Quotation For Facilitation Of Strategic Planning: Compiling A Strategy Document And Corporate Plan
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this bid is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to facilitate Broadband Infraco’s three-day strategic planning session to be held from the 6th to the 8th of November 2019.
SCOPE:
The successful service provider will facilitate Broadband Infraco’s three-day strategic planning session to be held from the 6th to the 8th of November 2019 for 20 people.
Facilitation of Strategic Planning Session, compiling a Strategy document and Corporate Plan.
- Familiarize yourself with all prior Broadband Infraco planning documents and produce a trend report of Broadband Infraco’s growth trajectory.
- Conduct a two-day strategic workshop with the Board and Executive Management to determine the strategic direction for the company, covering:
- Day one:
- New Planning Framework
- Balanced Scorecard
- Mission and Vision; and
- Core Value
- Day two
Environment scanning
- Opportunities and Threats;
- Strengths and Weaknesses
Strategy
- Strategic Priorities/Option;
- Strategic Results/ Themes;
- Strategy Map
- Outcome KPI’s; and
- Five-year targets.
Strategic Risk
- Conduct a one-day session as a natural flow from the Board session with the full Broadband Infraco management team to confirm all strategic elements;
- Produce draft Strategy document;
- Produce a first draft 2020/25 Corporate Plan (CP) and 2020/21 Annual
- Perfomance Plan (APP) documents as a workshop process notes in both word
and PowerPoint format; - Provide guidance to the Executive Team on innovative methodologies to activate Broadband Infraco programmes.
