APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE MARKETING CONSULTANCY SERVICES

You Are Hereby Invited To Submit Quotations To Provide Marketing Consultancy Services.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The service provider is required to render and/or assist Broadband Infraco SOC Limited Marketing department with the following:
- Conduct Market Research – the service provider will be required to conduct research that will assist Broadband Infraco in understanding the current conditions and developing trends in the ICT industry.
- Monthly Reporting – provide different types of reports based on the request from Broadband Infraco
- Conduct Employee and Customer Satisfaction Surveys –To assist Broadband Infraco to gain insight of customers needs and requirements, their loyalty, as well as obtain useful feedback, whether in a positive or in a negative light.
- Brand awareness and perception research: provide useful competitive intelligence on key competitors in the market that can be used to identify areas where Broadband Infraco is more or less branded than its competitors.
