You Are Hereby Invited To Submit Quotation For Off Site Backup Tapes Storage In A Vault For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months
CLOSING DATE: 03 SEPTEMBER 2021 AT 12h00 (SOUTH AFRICAN TIME).
SCOPE OF WORK:
Kindly quote on Offsite Backup Tapes Storage for a period of twelve (12) months;
▪ A service provider with proper storage facility that meets offsite storage requirements and compliance on secure, fireproof, waterproof storage containers.
▪ Requirement to store backup tapes in a vault (x 5 boxes)
▪ The number of backup tapes in one box, there are about 80 – 85 tapes in a box.
▪ For the 5 vault boxes in total there are about 300 – 400 tapes.
