Broadband Infraco would, like to assure you of its commitment to ensuring that the provision and maintenance of its services remains of the highest and reputable quality during this crisis period.

The President of South Africa, His Excellency Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa yesterday announced a 21-day shutdown period as part of Government?s plan to mitigate the spread of the Corona Virus. During his address, the President noted the maintenance of Telecommunication Services as part of the essential services that will continue to be in operation as they contribute towards providing connectivity to fellow South Africans, including those who live in under-developed and under-serviced areas.

Broadband Infraco would, like to assure you of its commitment to ensuring that the provision and maintenance of its services remains of the highest and reputable quality during this crisis period. Please be informed that all necessary contingency measures have been taken to ensure that our customer businesses are not in any way impacted by this unfortunate turn of events. With our key support staff on standby, we have provided for adequate capacity for managing for possible impact on the network.
