Broadband Infraco is a Schedule 2 public entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and has the Department of Communications & Digital Technologies (DCDT) and the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) as its Shareholders. The Minister is the Executive Authority in terms of the PFMA.
