INVITATION TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THE PROVISION OF CLOUD HOSTED
TELEPHONY PRIVATE BRANCH EXCHANGE (PBX), VOICE OVER IP (VOIP)TO
BROADBAND INFRACO OVER A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.
CLOSING DATE: 20 August 2021 AT 12h00 (SOUTH AFRICAN TIME).
OBJECTIVE:
Broadband Infraco SOC utilises a telephone system called Mitel BP 250 PBX for it is Woodmead Head Office. The telephone system is obsolete and no longer supported.
The current telephony system’s parts are difficult to find, and it is very costly to maintain the System.
Broadband Infraco needs to replace the current telephony system with a Cloud Hosted Telephony PBX system that is current and costs less to maintain and flexible and adaptable to different environments which is why we chose to request for proposals for a Cloud Hosted PBX system.
